Prices and Schedules for 35mm Slides

The cost of your 35mm slides is determined by the schedule and the size of your files. The schedule fee is calculated by multiplying the number of slides times the schedule rate listed below. The file size fee is based on the total number of megabytes submitted minus your file size allowance. The file size allowance is 1 megabyte for every 10 slides. The difference is assessed at $1/megabyte. You can reduce or eliminate the file size fee by keeping your file size reasonable (reducing file size) and making multiple copies (increasing your allowance). Compressing your files into a zip or stuffit file is not required, but may help you organize large orders and may reduce the file size fee.

Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis depending on job size and current work load. Out-of-town orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express. Times are in-house times. Prices and times do not include shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted in the schedule times.

Special Handling

Special handling required to deal with incomplete order forms, missing files, incorrectly formatted diskettes, and other problems may delay the processing of your order and add to the cost of the job. Please note that your job is not considered "in" until all your order information has been received. Also, special requests such as design consulting, file conversion, troubleshooting, and last minute editing will be charged as special handling. Be sure to follow the Software Guidelines provided by us for your particular software.

Payment: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal

For extra Internet securtiy, all our payments, including credit card payments, are now handled through PayPal. (You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.) After we have recieved and reviewed your order, you will recieve an email invoice from us directing you to the PayPal checkout web page. There you will be able to pay with VISA, MasterCard or your PayPal account, if you have one. We must recieve your payment before we ship. If you are picking up your order in person, you may pay with check, cash, or credit card. We do not accept American Express or purchase orders.
